Team Parent Responsibilities

• Working with team mom coordinator to schedule your team to staff the concession stand at Winter Park 9th Grade Center games. Each team is asked to volunteer one or two Saturdays.
• Collect $6.00 from each player and jerseys for name printing, if team agree to names.
• Trash Pick-Up-Each team is responsible for cleaning up after themselves on the sidelines after each practice and game.
• Encourage the kids to help out.
• Collect money for coach’s gifts and trophies (trophies are optional).
• Organize team end of year party, optional.
• Optional: Check with your coach -- create a snack sheet (if your team wants to have a snack at the end of the games). You can assign an assistant to do this for you if you want. Also you should assign a parent each game to bring a cooler w/ice, bottles of water and small wet towels, for the hot days.

Lost & Found is in the concession stand. Team parents may need to collect equipment left on the field to redistribute to players.
